• Has manufacturing defects

How to Initiate a Return

If you've received a defective product, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us Within 10 Days - Email us at nitesh.suryatex@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the defect

2. Provide Photo Evidence - Include clear photos showing the defect or damage

3. Wait for Authorization - Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions

4. Ship the Item Back - Once approved, return the item using the provided shipping label or instructions

 

Return Shipping

• For defective items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

• Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

• Exchanges for the same item (non-defective replacement) will be shipped at no additional cost

• You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items returned after the 10-day reporting window

• Products without proof of defect

• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

• Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
